I spent three decades as a successful corporate marketing executive in small and family-owned businesses, an academic career as a Graduate Marketing Professor and director of Entrepreneurship and leadership at Touro University Graduate School of Business, and over a decade as a business transformation coach.

This podcast is for you if you're an entrepreneur or a small business owner, especially a SaaS founder. This is a raw and honest discussion about marketing. When you start a business, you may experience growth at first, but eventually, you reach a point where you cannot grow any further. Justi refers to this as "going from zero to one and getting stuck there." This applies to startups and established businesses, with the only difference being the revenue level at which they plateau.

Justi's message to founders or established business owners is straightforward: there are no shortcuts to launching and growing a business. Copying or stealing someone else's unicorn solutions that promise unbelievable growth is an excuse for not doing the hard work required to build a successful business.
